Basics of Making Money Online

I’ve been making money online since early 1999. Over 8 years ago. I’ve progressed from making $10 a month providing content to small websites and ezines — to running a global online business that employs staff and independent contractors from all over the world.

However, the more I engaged myself in the process of the $100 challenge, the more I realise the need for me to learn and re-learn the basics of making money online. And, it made me wonder how useful it will be for readers and visitors of JMMO to have this “basics” resource as well.

So, with this in mind, I decided to launch a “Back to Basics” series that will hopefully answer questions for newbies in the world of netrepreneurship. If you fall in this category (or if you simply have ideas on the subject), please feel free to suggest topics, post questions, and share ideas. I’m hoping to create a good resource here that will help people who was once in my place (barely making enough for a cuppa) to see more cash from the web.
