iLife ‘08As some of you might know, I’m a recent Mac switcher. And yes, I still have a love-hate relationship with my MacBook.

Anyway, one of the things that I like about my machine is the inclusion of the iLife software. It has some really, really cool functions.

And, while I was really impressed with iWeb (the Mac version of a website/weblog/podcast maker, similar to FrontPage, but not quite), one of the things that annoy me about it is that I can’t fiddle with the code (like FrontPage). So, creating money-making websites or weblogs with the iWeb is a real challenge. You need to use a plugin/hack like iWebMore to get around it. Hence, it can be a real hassle.

Enter iLife ‘08.

One of its new features include: Put Google AdSense ads on your site and get credit for visitors’ clicks.

About time!

I haven’t upgraded my iLife yet - but I probably would (costs AU$99/US$79) because all the other additional features look great.

Oh, and yeah: the .Mac is much better value now with having 10 Gig of space for the basic account rather than just 1 Gig, for the same price. Definitely tempting me to sign up.

Well I am an avid adsense person - hence the name The Adsense Consultant -

I have been with adsense since late last year. So far I have managed to make the $100 minimum which means that so far this year I have gotten an adsense payment every month.

So far this month I have already reached my $100 minimum and now everything else that I earn for the rest of the month will be icing on the cake!
