Poll Results: How long have you been trying to make money online?

So, here’s the results of last month’s poll: How long have you been trying to make money online?

And, the landslide winner? Just starting! Receiving 47% of the votes. I guess, this once again reiterates the fact that JMMO readers and visitors are new to the world of making money online. The next group have been around  for 1 - 6 months (17% of all votes). And, 7% of voters have been trying to make money online over the last 7 - 12 months. Making it an overwhelming total of 71% starting in online business just over the last year.

The implications?
1) There is a need to share the basics of making money online to help more folks here at JMMO.
2) Making money online have become more attractive to people over the last year.
3) The world of online money making is becoming more competitive.
4) Chances are, competition will increase rather than decrease.
5) The longer you wait to get in to the business of making money online, the more difficult it will be to compete.

Anyway, the rest of the result say: 9% have been doing this for over one year. And a further 9% say they’ve been at it for 2 to 3+ years. 5% have been around for 4 to 6+ years. 3% have been doing this for 7 to 10 years. And, online 4% say that they’ve been trying to make money online for more than 10 years.
