Yes, the results are in. And, I’m grouping them in to three, based on the number of votes that they received. The first group includes the winning option (which was reader-contributed):  Start a project to make money online (25%). It is followed by  Start a blog/website (18%) and then Buy a domain name (17%). I wonder though what projects people are thinking of when they voted for that option?

The second group includes:  Use it to advertise my existing project (8%),  Buy something to sell online and Create something to sell online (both with 7% votes), and Pay for an online store (6%) .

Then, the last group includes:  Pay writers to write blog posts and Buy membership to a well established article site (both 3% votes). Then, Buy an online lotto/raffle ticket and Take it to Kiva or Grameen bank and make a microloan (both with 2% votes). That last option was quite interesting. It never even occurred to me!  I’ve heard of Kiva before but never really explored it. And, I’ve never heard of Grameen bank.

Anyway, the poll received a total of 307 votes. Thank you all so much for voting! I’ll be posting a new poll up shortly.
