Ooooohhhhh… look. After I told you that I just received an offer to buy JMMO a couple of months ago, I found out that this blog is actually worth:Â $23,327.94. Wow. If I got that offer, I probably would’ve gone ahead and sold. 
Actually, I found that post from 45n5 interesting primarily because of the news that many make money online blogs seem to be selling quite well. The fact that the blogs that were sold have lower subscriber counts than this blog surprised me a bit. Especially because the offer I mentioned earlier was not much more than the sale prices of the other blogs. Just as well I wasn’t too eager to sell, huh?
JMMO, after all, has a good subscriber base (45n5 estimated it as 753, other numbers show only half that, some maybe more…). It’s ranked either on Page 1 or 2 (Top 10-20 search results) on Google when you type in “make money online” or “making money online”. It has a PR of 5. Receives about 150 – 200 comments a month. About 500 – 700 inbound links a month. And, a few thousand pageviews a month (can’t be more specific here for now).
Okay… I’ll stop there. I didn’t really mean to go on about this, I just thought that it was an interesting exercise in comparing blog stats in the same field.

I took a look at that article as well… I think its rather interesting they value it by RSS subscribers. Whatever happened to putting a value on links and actual traffic.

Hmm, I have a quick random question: Does B5 own this blog now, or do you own it? If you join B5 do you hand all money over to them, or just the ads (what about affiliate programs)?
