		<description>If you are using systems to run your business then redundancy should be built into them.  There will still be crisis management, but once you&#039;ve faced the crisis one time, a system should be put in place to handle it, so it&#039;s not a crisis again.  

I will be using the things I am learning from James Brausch and from understanding when and where redundancies are needed.</description>
