Open Mic Monday: Setting Money Making Goals

How often do you set goals for your online business? Do you do this only once a year? Twice a year? What about on a quarterly, monthly, weekly or even daily basis? Do you have such long term and short term goals? How do you make sure you can achieve these goals?
If you’re familiar with my work habits, you’ll know that I’m a big fan of goal setting. I tend to look at my roles and projects, and I do my best to set goals for each one. I try to set long term, medium term, and short term goals, so I can check my progress and highlight my achievements accordingly.
I also believe in writing these goals down. I think listing these goals help to make me more accountable and productive.
What about you? How does goal setting fit in to your online business operations?

Hi Shai, you have a lot of truth to your words. I think it’s extremely important that people set goals for their business, it’s like they say “if you don’t know where you’re going, most likely you’ll never get there”. Extremely useful post, keep them coming.
