I purchased Money Forecaster for $19 and like the program. Tried to use again today and told that I cannot use my key number since I have used too many times. I must access the program to get my data that I carefully entered – what is going on!!! Is this a scam?

Sofia, we have 2 major contracts: 1 with CDbaby and one with 7digital. That gives us legal resell rights to over 8 million single mp3 files. We are just offering a non-registration way to purchase and download these!

With movies it is a bit more complicated, but still: our non-piracy rules do apply… we do not allow illegal content on tradebit. Over and over again, something does slip, but finally we do remove those merchants from tradebit. It is important to us.

As an open download marketplace, illegal stuff does happen – yet we are REALLY after it and we will delete illegal copies and merchants. All the time!

Guys,did you understood the biggest news?!
My father’s friend told me,that it will start an investigation for Tradebit.I asked him why,because I was thinking to register there.He told me,that there are many claims about illegal files with movies and music.
If I understand some more information,I will share with you again.
But this friend told,that there some serious problems,when it come to music and movies.
I won’t register there now,because I don’t want to be a part of this and I am afraid.
I don’t know who are the owners of this website,but think,that is very stupid when they allow uploading of illegal movies and music.They can go to the jail for that!
If you know something about that,share with me,please!

Why don’t you just do something about the bug now that you know about it? The only reason I am posting this here is because of the way I saw you acting. You need to be a bit more customer friendly than you are right now. You would not have to worry about your reputation if you were just a bit more sensitive then you are. I am not really worried about few $. I just wanted you to realize that you need to be a bit more helpful then you are right now and pay more attention to what the customers have to say.

One thing I would say is that I would still go to your site and buy more stuff even after this experience as I find some of the things on your site worth the extra money I might have to pay. But you should still fix that bug.

And why don’t you mail our support? We would have refunded you, that is clearly a bug! Instead you write into outdated blogs that never remove old postings and try to damage our reputation…
