I've been an affiliate (and regular purchaser) theirs for over 5 years. They have always shipped quickly and pay out affiliates on time. They pay directly to my bank account too. It was important to me to receive the books in time, as I needed them for work back home. On Oct 13th I got the message they had been shipped. However, I have already left the country now. The owner of my australian accommodation has told me the books have not yet arrived today (Oct 28th). Fishpond tells me I can only get a refund after I send the books back. However I am not in Australia anymore and therefore cannot do it myself. This lack of service is something I did not expect from an Australian/ NZ company.
