		<description>It&#039;s a shame Olivia had a problem with Fishpond. I&#039;ve been an affiliate (and regular purchaser) theirs for over 5 years. 

They have always shipped quickly and pay out affiliates on time. They pay directly to my bank account too.</description>

I have placed an order with fishpond on Oct 1st. on the start of a 3 week vacation in Australia. It was important to me to receive the books in time, as I needed them for work back home.
On Oct 13th I got the message they had been shipped.
However, I have already left the country now.
The owner of my australian accommodation has told me the books have not yet arrived today (Oct 28th).
Fishpond tells me I can only get a refund after I send the books back. However I am not in Australia anymore and therefore cannot do it myself.
This lack of service is something I did not expect from an Australian/ NZ company.
I am very unhappy with my purchase of thin air and will discourage future customers to use Fishpond.</description>
