Since I’ll be on my way to BlogWorldExpo in the next few days, I’m trying to organise my online work to prepare for the trip. That is to make sure that even if my regular work routine may be disrupted for a bit, my projects will continue to operate as normally as possible. So, some of the things that I’m doing in preparation include:
- Writing and pre-posting blog posts
- Trying to stay on top of my email inbox (it’s always a nightmare getting back after a trip!)
- Creating task lists
- Notifying relevant people that I’ll be away
How about you? How do you make sure that your online work/business continue to operate while you’re away? How do you prepare for such a trip?

I try to ‘automate’ my work so that should I take a break, no-one would notice
However I really hope you enjoy your time overseas!
It would be fascinating to hear about your experience when you return.
I’m just going to take two weeks off and head to Japan again. Probably not going to prepare posts ahead of time etc.
