Link Lovin’: 161009 Edition

websiteIt has been a while since I last shared some link love here at JMMO. So, I thought now might a good time to do so! Here are some things that I found online recently that you might find interesting too —

  • Kindle Goes International – I’m sure that most of you have heard about Amazon’s electronic reader Kindle. This week, they’ve announced that they’re finally releasing an international version. I am so excited about this, as I’ve been waiting for this to happen. Now, if only I can find the budget to buy one. Hmmm… What about you? If you’re non-US based, are you planning on buying Kindle?
  • Interview with an Ex-Rock Star: Steve Essa – Internet marketer and former rock star Steve Essa shares some of his thoughts and ideas on moving from his old days playing in a rock band to becoming an internet marketer managing his own business.
  • 50 Surprisingly Amazing Themes for Blogger – If you run your site or blog on Blogger.com, you might be in the market for finding a really cool theme alternative that Blogger’s usual stuff. This site lists some really great ones!

Oh, and I’ve been meaning to mention my friend Darren Rowse’s new Problogger.com Community. I’m hoping to do a more review of this one of these days, but since I’ve only managed to explore it a little bit, I’m not quite ready yet to write up my experience. So far, it’s looking good, though. Basically, it’s paid forum for bloggers who wish to be able to network with other bloggers — either to help each other monetise their blogs or to support each other’s blogging projects. People can find bloggers for hire, blogging ideas, and more. Right now, there’s a limited time offer of $1.95/month to be part of this community. When you sign up now, you’ll even get a 50% discount on the 31 Days to a Better Blog workbook by Darren Rowse.

Well, that’s it for now. If you have a cool resource that you’d like to share, please do so in the comments section! But, only legitimate resources will be allowed. Spammy links will be deleted. Thanks!

    Hi Shai,
I think the so far best part about your style of link love is that those recipients who got it, do have some exciting & worthwhile to offer which means a win-win situation for your readers as well as the recipients of it. Its really quick ,smart & profitable post. But I was just wondering. Why did you choose to post & all when one plug-in would do it?

Hi, Chris. ‘Glad you liked parts of the link love. Just wondering, though: What do you mean one plugin will do it?
